Whether you are needing support for sleep, stress, help with your nutrition or something more specific, I believe that everyone should have access to reaching their true health. I like to have everyone start with the FREE 30 minute Discovery Call and then we can book a mutually convenient time for your actual session(s) from there. Discovery Call
A free 30 minute consult to discuss your specific wants and needs, decide together where to start and what days/times work best for both of us.
Initial Interview $125
A 1-2 hour session where we will discuss your intake paperwork (you will have been sent and already filled out). I'll ask more detailed questions I have and we collaborate on an action plan. My goal is to find patterns of dysfunction so we can start to tackle root causes. After your initial call all additional sessions will be at an $85 discounted price and are around 45 minutes long, as needed for follow ups or to tackle other areas as well.
Makeover My... $15+
We all have areas still left to improve upon or swap over. Whether that's your OTC medicine cabinet, pantry, cleaning products, personal care, beauty, etc. I can help! Shoot me an email of items/products you're still needing to swap for safer and I will email you back with my recommendations. If you feel comfortable sharing your budget I can make recommendations accordingly.
$15 for the first 5 items, $2 for each additional. I will send a payment request to be completed before my recommendations are sent.
